SHIPPING POLICY

I SHIP THE SAME DAY

• Most orders ship the same day, however, same day shipping is not guaranteed.

• Does not include surcharges, driving fees or truck load items.

COLLECTION IN FREE STORE

• Most of our items can be collected in our store

• Balboa, Ancón, Gavilán Street, Local 1502A, Panama City, Panama.

SHIPPING FROM STORE.

Most of the items will be sent directly from our warehouse in Panama. At our sole discretion, we may send one or more of your items directly from our supplier or the manufacturer (this is a process known as “direct shipping”).

LARGE SIZE / OVERWEIGHT ITEMS:

• Additional charges for large or overweight items will apply, as determined by the weight and size restrictions of the selected carrier.

• While most items can be shipped according to the standard shipping methods mentioned above, some overweight or large truck cargo items must be shipped via truck cargo.
